B.P. Konstantinov Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute has a vast science and technology base to undertake theoretical and applied research in the field of nuclear physics and condensed matter physics.

At the present time, the institute has four basic facilities: WWR-M reactor, PIK reactor, Synchrocyclotron SC1000 and Cyclotron C80.
